Senate Committee Advances Fox Nomination to Lead EPA Office of Water

The Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee voted 14-6 in bipartisan fashion today to advance to the full Senate the nomination of Radhika Fox to be U.S. EPA Assistant Administrator of the Office of Water.
The Committee’s vote follows Fox’s confirmation hearing two weeks ago and the full Senate is expected to vote on her final confirmation sometime after Memorial Day.
