Peak Performance CY2023 Honorees

50% of all NACWA Public Utility Members had facilities that earned Peak Performance Recognition for the 2023 calendar year. Out of 353 NACWA Public Utility Members, 196 Members had 510 facilities/plants that achieved Peak Performance.

• 181 Platinum facilities have achieved perfect (100%) compliance with their NPDES permits for between 5 and 35 consecutive years. 
• 176 Gold facilities achieved one year of perfect (100%) compliance with their NPDES permits. The Platinum level is reached in the 5th year of achieving consecutive Gold.
• 153 Silver facilities reported five or fewer violations of their NPDES permit in one year.
