About

Women’s Water Network Forum

Step away from the daily demands and invest in yourself at NACWA’s 2025 Women’s Water Network Forum – a half-day experience designed to build your resilience and empower your leadership journey.

This year’s Forum, From Pressure to Power: Leadership Strategies for Well-Being & Resilience, is tailored for women navigating high-pressure, always-on roles – both those experiencing strain firsthand and those supporting teams through their own challenges.

Together, we’ll explore the cycle of rumination that keeps us stuck in patterns of negative overthinking and address the real risk of burnout that comes from carrying too much, for too long. Guided by an experienced facilitator, we’ll examine the emotional toll of essential service leadership, how stress affects each of us differently and unpack the root causes of burnout. You’ll leave with practical tools and strategies to lead with strength, clarity and balance.

Then, unwind and network over lunch. We’ll wrap with a lighthearted group activity guaranteed to add a dose of laughter and levity.

This isn’t just another event. It’s a chance to be authentic, supported, heard, and inspired by fellow women colleagues all working to shape the future of the clean water sector.
