Women’s Water Network Forum

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing.  A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation on or before Monday, July 14, 2025. There on after, registration is considered final, and no refund will be available. Submit all requests via email to registration@nacwa.org. 

By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events, including any claims related to communicable diseases, whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation. 

Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. The registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

The views and opinions expressed on NACWA’s social media sites and links to other Internet resources do not necessarily represent those of NACWA. NACWA cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information posted by external parties.

We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as the meeting rooms are air conditioned.

Please note that NACWA would never sell your information or the Event Participant List. Disregard any email that you receive that requests money in exchange for a NACWA event Participant List. If you receive this type of email, do not respond and delete it immediately.

Attend NACWA’s 2025 Women’s Water Network Forum and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. The contact hours for the Forum will be added to your certificate of attendance.  Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk and drop off your business card or email Alice Lin after the Forum and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.

The Cheyenne Mountain Resort is approximately 10 miles from the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives: 

Uber  |  An UberX from COS to the hotel is approximately $20. 

Lyft  |  A Lyft from COS to the hotel is approximately $22.

Taxi  |  A one-way trip from COS to the hotel is approximately $30.

Car Rental  |  NACWA selected Avis Rent-A-Car as the official car rental company for this meeting.  Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800.331.1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is T563400.

Hotel Parking  |  The hotel offers valet parking for $40 per night and self-parking for $25 per night. Day valet parking is available for $20 (up to 8 hours) or $10 for stays of 4 hours or less. Self-parking is complimentary during the day; charges apply only for overnight parking.
