COVID-19 Precautions

The health and safety of our members and staff are our top priorities. We will follow any local guidelines and precautions regarding COVID-19 that are in place while we are in Seattle. In addition, all meeting attendees will be required to self-certify that they are either vaccinated against COVID-19 or will provide negative test results prior to participating in the meeting.

Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $289 per night (single/ double), plus applicable taxes, at the Hyatt Regency Seattle. Reservations must be made by Friday, July 1, 2022 to receive the special rate, based on availability. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.

To ensure a hotel room, contact the Hyatt Regency online or at 206.973.1234. Be sure to identify yourself as a NACWA attendee. Note: Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am; baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the Hotel.
