NACWA’s push to strengthen support for Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) reauthorization continues to grow, with member utilities helping bring local perspectives to the national conversation. In recent weeks, NACWA has encouraged utilities in districts represented by key Members of Congress to submit op-eds that explain why timely reauthorization matters—and what’s at stake if federal funding lapses.

One recent example comes from Charlotte Katzenmoyer, NACWA Board Member and CEO of Capital Region Water in Harrisburg, PA, whose op-ed underscores how communities rely on CWSRF resources to maintain and upgrade aging infrastructure.
