The North Shore Water Reclamation District (NSWRD) recently received three prestigious National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) Gold Peak Performance Awards, recognizing the work at each of the District's Water Reclamation Facilities (WRF). The Clavey Road WRF, the Gurnee WRF, and the Waukegan WRF were all honored for their exceptional commitment, achievements, and innovations in the clean water community, highlighting the outstanding work in wastewater treatment and permit compliance throughout the NSWRD.
"The District is immensely proud of Igor Filipovich, NSWRD Director of Operations, and his staff, stated Stephen Drew, President of the NSWRD. "The gold plaques speak volumes about the hard work of our employees at our plants and labs Districtwide. We are truly honored to be the recipient of these coveted awards.
