NACWA is encouraging its utility members to complete this brief survey on their current policies regarding COVID-19 vaccination, return to work plans and related issues.

The survey is intended to help NACWA’s utility members better understand how their peers are addressing these key issues. Results will only be shared with utility participants in summary form.

The 14-question online survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Utilities interested in receiving the results will be asked to provide their email address at the end of the survey.
