Fox Nominated as Assistant Administrator for Water
Radhika Fox, currently serving as the Acting Assistant Administrator (AA) for EPA’s Office of Water, was nominated by President Biden on April 14 as the full-time Assistant Administrator for Water. Her nomination will now go to the Senate for consideration.
Fox, who has been serving in the Acting AA role since January 20, 2021, is well known within the water sector, having previously served as the CEO of the US Water Alliance. She was the keynote speaker during NACWA’s 2021 Virtual Winter Conference and will also be a featured speaker during the upcoming Water Week Zoom-In.
Fox is a strong champion for water, equity and diversity. She also has a keen understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the clean water sector. NACWA congratulates her on her nomination to this important position at EPA and looks forward to working with her in the years to come.
