Toho executive director elected to National Association of Clean Water Agencies Board
Toho Water Authority Executive Director Todd Swingle was elected the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) Board.
Elected during its during its July 15 board meeting, Swingle, who was one of five new members elected to serve on the board, will help play a vital role in helping shape national water policies.
NACWA is the clean water sector's collective voice to EPA, Congress and government agencies nationwide.
“I am honored to be selected to serve on a board that is recognized nationally for its leadership in clean water advocacy. I look forward to the opportunity to continue to build on NACWA's existing level of excellence and helping grow a strong and sustainable clean water future for all,” said Swingle.
Swingle became the executive director of Toho Water Authority in September 2018. He has more than 25 years of experience serving in various environmental and utility roles. Some of his experience includes serving as the deputy director of Utilities for Orange County Government, director of environmental strategy with global manufacturing company Cummins Incorporated and director of environmental utilities and public services administrator for the city of St. Cloud.
