Hillsboro's Clean Water Services' board of directors has named Diane Taniguchi-Dennis chief executive officer of the regional water resources management utility. Taniguchi-Dennis, who has served as the district's deputy general manager since 2011, is a nationally recognized water leader serving on the boards of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies, WateReuse and The Water Research Foundation. 

Taniguchi-Dennis is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Oregon and a board certified environmental engineer.
