EPA to Host Webinar on New Financial Capability Assessment Guidance
EPA’s Water Finance Center will be hosting an upcoming webinar on the Agency’s recently proposed draft Financial Capability Assessment (FCA) guidance. The webinar will be on March 14 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM ET.
The draft FCA document was published in the Federal Register on February 23 and comments are due on April 25. The guidance describes the financial information and formulas EPA intends to use to assess the financial resources a community has available to implement control measures and timeframes associated with implementation. NACWA has been actively engaged with EPA during development of the document and is seeking member input as the Association develops comments.
