Water Sector Publishes Rebuttal to Misleading Biosolids Report

NACWA, along with various other partners, joined the California Association of Sanitation Agencies in a response to the Sierra Club’s Sludge in the Garden: Toxic PFAS in Home Fertilizers Made from Sewage Sludge. This rebuttal is intended to help educate and inform the public on discussions and issues found in Sierra Club’s report on biosolids that are misleading and not supported by existing data and credible scientific research.
