Capital Project Management Survey Ending Soon, Responses Requested
(January 29, 2019) - The Water Environment Federation’s (WEF) Utility Management Committee, through its Delivery Sub-Committee, is conducting a survey to help support utilities as they develop and implement Capital Improvement Programs (CIP).
The Project Management Survey is intended to help WEF better understand organizational project management needs, as well as the challenges and potential opportunities from a process, people and technology perspective. Results of the survey will be analyzed and shared with participating organizations, and are intended to provide water and wastewater organizations an industry benchmark to compare and measure their own project management needs, opportunities and challenges.
Responses are requested by February 1.
