Omnibus Spending Signals Unique Opportunity for Fly-In, Water Week
(April 3, 2018) - With increases in water infrastructure funding via the recently-passed FY18 Omnibus Spending Package, there seems to be a growing awareness and respect among DC lawmakers for the importance of clean water. While this is a promising development, utilities and stakeholders need to seize the opportunity, and build on this momentum with a strong show of force during Water Week 2018, specifically at its anchor event, the National Water Policy Fly-In (April 17 – 18).
