2023 Class Action Litigation Part 2: Proposed PFAS Settlements Webinar
NACWA’s second class action webinar will focus exclusively on the recently proposed settlement agreements between utilities, 3M, and DuPont related to PFAS contamination of water supplies. On this webinar, the preliminarily court-approved Claims Administrator for the settlement agreements will provide information and answer NACWA members’ questions on topics including class definitions, baseline testing, deadlines, settlement allocation procedures, claims processes, and how to object to or opt out of the settlements.
