Advance registrations must be received by Friday, October 26, 2018. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via E-Mail. Registrations will be accepted after the deadline although the attendee may not appear in the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact NACWA at email@example.com.
Full Seminar registration fees include access to all sessions Wednesday through Friday and an evening reception on Wednesday and Thursday. Registered attendees will also receive access to all available session handouts, speaker biographies, as well as a participant list. The Seminar meals included are: coffee services Wednesday morning through Friday morning; light food and beverages at the Wednesday and Thursday night reception; and a plated lunch on Wednesday.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by Monday, October 29, 2018. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied. There on after, registration is considered final, and no refund will be available. Submit all requests via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Seminar as long as they are received no later than Monday, November 12, 2018. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.
General Waiver & Release
By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

Continuing Education Credits
Attend NACWA’s 2018 National Clean Water Law & Enforcement Seminar and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk and drop off your business card or email Ebony Scott at email@example.com after the Seminar and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.
If you are interested in Continuing Legal Education Credits specifically, please visit the CLE Page and be sure to sign-in on the daily attendance sheet. CLE forms will be made available on the final day of the Seminar. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk to pick up your CLE letter.
