Utility Leadership Conference and 56th Annual Meeting

By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events including any claims related to communicable diseases, whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.

Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. The registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned. We do request business or cocktail attire for the Awards Ceremony and Reception.

If you are interested in earning credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk and drop off your business card or email Alice Lin after the Conference and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.

Do you have a spouse or family member joining you in Cleveland? Be sure to register them so they can join you at the NACWA receptions. Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.

The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is approximately 12 miles from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

Taxi  |  A one-way trip from CLE to the hotel is approximately $40.

Hotel Parking  |  The hotel offers valet parking for $60 per night and self-parking for $50 per day with in/out privileges.
