Utility Leadership Conference and 54th Annual Meeting

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by Friday, July 5, 2024. After July 5, 2024, a $400 cancellation fee will be applied if a cancellation request is submitted on or before Friday, July 19, 2024. There on after, registration is considered final, and no refund will be available. Submit all requests via email to registration@nacwa.org.

Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Conference as long as they are received no later than Monday, July 15, 2024. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.

By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events, including any claims related to communicable diseases, whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation. 

Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. The registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

The views and opinions expressed on NACWA’s social media sites and links to other Internet resources do not necessarily represent those of NACWA. NACWA cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information posted by external parties.    

We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as the meeting rooms are air conditioned. 

Please note that NACWA would never sell your information or the Event Participant List. Disregard any email that you receive that requests money in exchange for a NACWA event Participant List. If you receive this type of email, do not respond and delete it immediately. 

Attend NACWA’s 2024 Utility Leadership Conference and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification.  Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk and drop off your business card or email Ebony Scott at escott@nacwa.org after the Conference and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.

Do you have a spouse or family member joining you in Buffalo?  Be sure to register them so they can join you at the NACWA receptions.  Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.

The Hyatt Regency Buffalo is approximately 10 miles from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF). The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle; however, there are several transportation alternatives:  

Uber/Lyft  |  An UberX from BUF to the hotel is approximately $30.  

Buffalo Airport Shuttle  |  A shared ride from BUF to the hotel is approximately $50. You can make your reservation online or call directly at 877.750.2550. 

NFTA-Metro  |  Head to the BNIA Driveway (BNIA Terminal West) and board the 24B Downtown bus. Deboard at Washington Street Huron Street. The trip is about 45 minutes, and the fare is $2. A single trip pass ($2) can be purchased at ticket vending machines. Cash is accepted. 

Taxi  |  A one-way trip from BUF to the hotel is approximately $35. 

Car Rental  |  NACWA selected Avis Rent-A-Car as the official car rental company for this meeting.  Discounts are available by calling Avis directly at 800.331.1600. Our Avis Worldwide Discount Number is T563400.

Hotel Parking  |  Valet parking with in and out privileges is available at $29.50/day. Self-parking with in and out privileges is also available at $25.00/day.
