About

Dealing with Disruption: A New Approach for the Water Sector

As technology, policy, and public opinion continue to evolve at a rapid pace, clean water utilities face disruptions in their business-as-usual practices.  Understanding the forces driving these disruptions, forming new partnerships, and learning from the actions and perceptions of organizations outside the public water sector can lead to positive changes for clean water utilities and their communities.
