Greg has more than 26 years of experience in the wastewater and water industry. In October 2014, he joined the LRWRA team as the fifth CEO in the Utility’s history bringing with him a successful track record of leading large complex utilities. Greg reports to a seven-member Commission and together they oversee the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
LRWRA is responsible for the operation and maintenance of three water reclamation facilities with a combined peak capacity of 175 MGD and 1,400 miles of collection system as well as remote facilitates.
Greg’s work experience includes successful tenures as the assistant general manager of the Central Arizona Project which is responsible for conveying the State’s Colorado River allocation (approx. 2 BGD) through a 336-mile network of canals and pumping plants to central Arizona. Also, in Phoenix, Greg held several positions in the Water Services Department for the City of Phoenix ending as the assistant water services director.
Other notable career achievements, Greg authored and co-authored material in several trade publications, books, and magazines. His professional interest focuses on working with the AWWA’s Standards Council and serving as a National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) board director.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from National Louis University in Evanston, Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
