BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) — Baldwin County is seeking millions in grants to help pay for much-needed stormwater run-off and sewer system improvements.
Baldwin County's rapid growth continues to put pressure on its infrastructure and the county and its municipalities are vying for $225 million in federal COVID relief money available for water projects state-wide.
Frequent storms and heavy rain are part of living on Alabama's coast. Unfortunately, flooding is too.
