2025 National Clean Water Law & Enforcement Seminar

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by Friday, October 31, 2025. After October 31, 2025, a $400 cancellation fee will be applied if a cancellation request is submitted on or before Friday, November 7, 2025. There on after, registration is considered final, and no refund will be available. Submit all requests via email to registration@nacwa.org.

Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Seminar as long as they are received no later than Monday, November 17, 2025. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.

By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events, including any claims related to communicable diseases, whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.

Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. The registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as the meeting rooms are air conditioned.

Please note that NACWA would never sell your information or the Event Participant List. Disregard any email that you receive that requests money in exchange for a NACWA Event Participant List. If you receive this type of email, do not respond, and delete it immediately.

Attend NACWA’s 2025 National Clean Water Law & Enforcement Seminar and you can attain Continuing Legal Education Credits specifically, please visit the CLE Page and be sure to sign-in on the daily attendance sheet. CLE forms/letters will be made available for pick-up on the final day of the Seminar at the NACWA registration desk. You must request the forms/letters via email. Please send email requests to Alice Lin.

If you are interested in earning credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk and drop off your business card or email Alice Lin after the Seminar and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.
