Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a discounted group rate of $203 per night (single/double/triple/quad), plus applicable taxes, at the Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel. Reservations must be made by Monday, October 16, 2023, to receive the discounted rate, while rooms are available. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.

To ensure a hotel room, contact the Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel online or at 1.800.468.3571. Be sure to identify yourself as a NACWA attendee. Note: Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am; baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the Hotel.
