NACWA has secured a special group rate of $119 per night (single/double) plus applicable taxes and a $50 resort fee, at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Reservations must be made by Friday, May 8, 2026, to receive the discounted rate while rooms are available. After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the Workshop rate will apply.
To make your accommodations, please contact the hotel directly online, or by calling (800) 473-7625 or (702) 693-5000 and mention that you are a NACWA attendee for the “2026 NACWA StratComm” to receive the discounted meeting rate. Note: Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am; baggage storage is available for your convenience. Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the Hotel. If you must depart earlier than your check-out date, please contact the hotel directly within 72 hours to avoid an early departure charge.
