In her remarks, NACWA General Counsel Amanda Waters covered Clean Water funding priorities and the recently enacted Water Infrastructure Improvement Act, which incorporates integrated planning principles into the Clean Water Act. Waters also addressed developments related to affordability, EPA’s Peak Wet Weather Flow rulemaking, Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS), and the new Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule.

NACWA was pleased to be invited by the Wet Weather Partnership again this year and looks forward to continued collaboration with the Partnership.
