(April 17, 2018) – NACWA continues to serve as a source of information and insights for various media outlets on clean water issues. The most recent example is in the April 2018 edition of Water Finance & Management Magazine, where NACWA Legislative Director, Kristina Surfus analyzes the current state of federal clean water initiatives, as well as what may be ahead, in the in-depth article, “What’s Next for Federal Clean Water Initiatives.”

The timing of the article coincides with Water Week 2018, where NACWA will be collaborating with a host of other water sector organizations to continue advocating for water as a national priority with federal policymakers.  NACWA continues to grow its media presence as a way to advance its advocacy priorities and better share the story of the great work NACWA member utilities are doing in communities all across the country.
