Register now for a webinar on September 25 from 1:00 – 2:30 PM ET focused on community service projects being spearheaded by public clean water utilities around the country.  The event, cosponsored by NACWA and EPA, will feature community service programs in San Francisco, CA and Harrisburg, PA.  The goal of the webinar, the first in a larger series, is to showcase the great community service work being done by clean water agencies, including innovative workforce support and development strategies that can bring numerous benefits to utilities and their communities. 

The two utilities to be featured on the Sept. 25 webinar were also part of NACWA’s recent Environmental Justice & Community Service Compendium, which highlights utility best practices for community service engagement.  NACWA is excited to be working with EPA on this webinar series that will promote the important opportunities available to clean water utilities for engagement in community service activities.
