NACWA Participates in Water Finance Conference
(September 4, 2018) – NACWA was an active participant in last week’s Water Finance Conference, with Association member utilities and NACWA staff providing important insights into the most recent developments in the water finance world. NACWA was a key partner in the conference and also the lead sponsor.
The conference was attended by executive-level utility professionals, including managers, directors, CEOs, CFOs, consultants and municipal advisors involved in the fields of water, wastewater and stormwater. The agenda had a focus on innovative strategies for funding water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure through expert led presentations, roundtable discussions, and networking forums. A number of NACWA Member Agencies shared their experiences and insights, and Association staff also participated in policy discussions on federal water infrastructure priorities and how to address affordability issues.
