Advance registrations must be received by Tuesday, May 2, 2017. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail. Faxed and online registrations will be accepted after the deadline but attendees will not be listed in the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within five business days after registering, please contact NACWA at registration@nacwa.org.
Your Workshop registration fee includes access to all activities Wednesday through Friday, including but not limited to: general sessions; roundtable discussion; and, evening receptions. Light food & beverage is included during the Wednesday and Thursday evening events; and, morning and afternoon beverage service Wednesday through Friday morning. The Training registration fee includes a light continental breakfast with beverage service in the afternoon on Tuesday.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund will be made if NACWA receives the cancellation by May 1, 2017. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee will be applied. Submit all requests via e-mail.
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the Workshop & Training. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
Consent to Use Image
Registration and/or participation in any NACWA sponsored meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant/participant to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s/participant’s likeness. Attendees have agreed to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format, as well as social media messages in the public domain (e.g., tweets using hashtag) to be used by NACWA. NACWA is not responsible for the social media posts of any attendee and disclaims any liability for such posts.
Continuing Education Credits
Attend NACWA’s National Pretreatment and Pollution Prevention Workshop & Training and you can earn credits toward your certification or recertification. Simply stop by the NACWA registration desk at the Workshop & Training and leave your business card or email after the Workshop & Training and we will make sure you have a letter certifying your attendance.
Bringing A Family Member?
Do you have spouse, family member joining you in San Antonio? Be sure to register them so that they can join you at NACWA receptions. Please Note: Complimentary guest registration is intended solely for spouses/domestic partners or members of a registrant’s immediate family and cannot be used to register professional colleagues.
