Hotel Accommodations & Rates

The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has secured a special group rate of $279 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes, at the Boston Marriott Copley Place.  Reservations must be made by Monday, July 2, 2018 to receive the special rate, based on availability.  After this date, NACWA must release the unreserved rooms, and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply. 

To ensure a hotel room, contact the Boston Marriott Copley Place online or at 617.236.5800.  Be sure to identify yourself as a NACWA attendee.  Note: Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am; baggage storage is available for your convenience.  Any requests for late check-out should be directed to the Hotel.

Registration

Please note this invitation-only Forum, is offered exclusively for utilities in Region 1.  As space is limited, priority is given to Region 1 Utility Executives.  Member Utilities may register for the Forum by completing the complimentary online registration at your convenience. Not a member? Contact us for more information and registration options.   Advance registrations must be received by Friday, July 6, 2018. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail. Registrations will be accepted after the deadline but there is no guarantee that attendees will be listed in the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within 5 business days after registering, please contact NACWA.

Meals & Attire

Meals during the Forum include lunch as well as beverage service throughout the meeting.  We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.

General Waiver & Release

By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored meeting/conference, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively “associated events”). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively “NACWA”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.

Consent to Use Image

Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively “images”) of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant’s name.

The Boston Marriott Copley Place is approximately 9 miles from the Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and is approximately 58 miles from the T.F. Green Aiport (PVD).  The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle from the airport; however, there are several transportation alternatives:

Offsite parking is available for $40/day. The hotel offers valet parking for $60/day with in and out privileges.
