You may register for the 2018 Great Lakes Regional Utility Forum by completing the complimentary
online registration at your convenience.
Advance registrations must be received by Friday, April 13, 2018. Advance registrants will receive confirmation via e-mail. Registrations will be accepted after the deadline but attendees will not be listed in the Participant List. If you have not received a confirmation within 5 business days after registering, please contact
NACWA.
Attire
We want you to be comfortable, so you can enjoy your experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned.
General Waiver & Release
By registering for this National Association of Clean Water Agency (NACWA) sponsored meeting, each registrant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated on and off-site events/activities/tours (collectively "associated events"). Each registrant agrees, on behalf of him/herself, heirs and assigns, to waive and release, NACWA, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors (collectively "NACWA") from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events whether or not such damage, injury or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting, at off-site venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation.
Consent to Use Image
Registrant grants full permission to NACWA to take any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record (collectively "images") of registrant in connection with this event and to copyright, use and publish the same in audio, photographic or video format for any lawful purpose. Registrant agrees that NACWA is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images. Registrant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to compensation and that the images may appear with or without the registrant's name.

Ground Transportation
The Amway Grand Plaza Hotel is approximately 13 miles from the Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR). The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle from the airport; however, there are several transportation alternatives:
Metro Cab: Taxi service from GRR to the hotel is approximately $30.00.
Uber: The estimate fare for an UberX from GRR to the hotel is approximately $17-22.
The Rapid: This bus system provides transportation directly to the hotel. A single ride ticket costs $1.75. You may use cash or a pre-purchased ticket/pass to pay for your ride.

Hotel Parking: Self-parking is available for $29 per night. The hotel also offers valet parking for $34 per night. 24 hour in and out privileges are available for both self and valet parking.
