Spending bill before Congress would keep $300 million for Great Lakes programs
A $1.3 trillion spending bill to fund the federal government through the end of 2018 would provide $300 million for Great Lakes Restoration Initiative cleanup programs, Ohio members of Congress said Wednesday night.
