Join NACWA
As the only clean water association governed solely by public utilities, NACWA offers unmatched legal, legislative, and regulatory advocacy on behalf of the water sector and delivers up-to-date information and analysis on key water sector issues, as well as fostering community and collaboration among utility executives nationwide.
Membership in NACWA provides representation in the courts, with the Environmental Protection Agency, and with Congress as well as connection with utility executives from public clean water agencies of all sizes, urban and rural, nationwide. We invite you to learn more about the value of membership and lend your voice to our advocacy efforts. Together with Every Utility a Member, we will ensure that water is elevated as a top national priority.

How to Join
Start your NACWA membership today! To join, complete the membership application. Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted by a member of the membership team to confirm the membership. With this confirmation, NACWA will provide you with a membership invoice and information on how to access the membership in addition to working with you to get your utility or organization engaged in the Association.
NACWA membership is organizational for Public Wastewater Agencies, Conveyance Systems, Stormwater Management Agencies as well as Corporate, Legal and Supporting Affiliates. Membership dues are billed annually and are based on service area population, municipal water/wastewater revenue, or number of environmental attorneys at a firm. Membership dues categories can be found on the membership dues schedule page.
